Job Title: Front of House Assistant
Location: Marvel Padel
Hours: Flexible shifts between 5:45 am and 11:15 pm, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Position: Part-Time Available
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Marvel Padel is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Cafe & Bar team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a member of our Cafe & Bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers while preparing and serving a range of drinks and refreshments. Duties will include:
- Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other hot beverages
- Serving beers, wines, soft drinks, and cocktails
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the cafe and bar areas
- Restocking supplies and assisting with stock management
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Following health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Full training will be provided on-site, although previous experience in a cafe, bar, hospitality, or customer-facing role would be advantageous.
